“I need help with my own packet.”
You do not need a loved one to start a conversation with Badger Paralegal. If family or friends are unable or unwilling to help, you can still ask about document preparation yourself.
Email intake@badgerparalegal.com through the email or messaging system approved by your facility. Tell us your name, DOC number and facility, and ask for a sentence-adjustment intake worksheet.

You can start without family assistance. Contact intake@badgerparalegal.com through your facility-approved messaging system. Include your name, DOC number, facility and messaging provider. Keep sensitive records out of your first message.
Use the printable intake worksheet at BadgerParalegal.com/intake, or ask an authorized helper to print it. Enter the identity, facility, county, case, counts, sentence details and petition history you know. Mark unknown answers; do not guess dates or eligibility.
Gather copies of judgments, DOC sentence and computation records, complete conduct history, program certificates and available support letters. Note what is missing or requested. Keep originals and copies.
Petitioner authorization and operator review come before case access and document handling. Official forms, computations, signatures and mailing require separate review. The intake worksheet is not a court petition. The checklist is at BadgerParalegal.com/inmate-checklist.
Document preparation only. Not a law firm. No outcome guarantee. Website and video access inside an institution is not assumed.
You may not be able to open this website from a DOC tablet. The printable worksheet and contact guide are designed to reach you on paper. Include the name of your facility’s messaging system so we can confirm the contact process with you.
