Request authorized case access

Case enrollment / Inscripción al caso

Request a role in one person’s case. Requests do not grant access automatically. We verify identity and the petitioner’s permission before connecting a sign-in email. A family relationship alone is insufficient.

Solicite acceso al caso de una persona. Verificamos identidad y autorización antes de aprobar. Ser familiar no autoriza acceso automáticamente.

Public information is open to visitors. Individual case access requires sign-in, identity verification and the petitioner’s authorization. Approval is specific to the case and does not send an invitation. Incarcerated people without website access can start at intake@badgerparalegal.com through their facility-approved messaging system, or use a verified phone / mail intake handled by the operator.

Contributors can view their own submissions. The verified petitioner and operator can review the case. Other contributors cannot read the case’s letters or records. Medical material follows its separate authorization process. Do not include medical records, Social Security numbers, passwords or card details in enrollment.
